EXTRUSION STRAW LINES WITH WRAPPERS AND BOX DUMPERS, THE
ENTIRE OPERATION IN PLANT-UNDER POWER .

MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS:

Twelve (12) Complete Drinking Straw Lines – makes drinking straws and stirrers- consisting of the following:

Ten (10) Prodex lines which eight (8) have 2” extruders and two (2) have 2.5” extruders – Two (2) lines are Gatto – 1 ¼” lines – all extruders make approx. 750 – 850 per min.

Eleven (11) Complete Straw wrapping machines – One wraps 10 ¼”,

Two (2) wrap thinner straws, 5 ¾” and eight (8) wrap 7 ¾” regular drinking straws.

All have automatic box dumpers- the wrappers make about 750-950 per minute.

All equipment is mid 1970’s vintage, but has continuously thru the years been updated – all motors are AC Drive (silo at the plant is also for sale)
